Health & Safety / Key Requests
All graduate students are required to complete the following training online within the first two months of study and can be found HERE.
Once completed, health & safety certificates should be uploaded onto the Graduate Student Health & Safety Training OWL site.
Failure to complete the required health & safety training can result in your student account being sealed. To unseal your account, you will be required to pay a $50 fee and show proof that you completed all required training. Note: the Workplace Hazards Communication form must be completed by all research-based students supervisor and can be found in the chart below.
Key Requests: To request and receive keys to labs and other rooms, you must first complete the required Health and Safety Training courses relevant to your role in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. Sign in with your UWO credentials to request a key.
